The signature collection
The sweet that gave us our name
Boondhi is the hardest simple sweet to get right. Too hot and the pearls flatten; too long in syrup and they turn to paste. It is the sweet the shop is named after, and the one the rest of the catalogue is built around.
- 01The batterGram flour rested for two hours, thinned to the exact pouring weight.
- 02The jharaPoured through a hand-beaten brass ladle so every droplet forms a true pearl.
- 03The syrupLifted at first gold and rested in cardamom-saffron syrup — never soaked.

Why Boondhi
What you can expect from Boondhi
Six things this shop can show you, rather than tell you.
Why Boondhi
Traditional-inspired recipes
Boondhi, laddus, barfis and halwas alongside savoury murukku and sev, drawn from the Indian sweet-making tradition.
Claims we can stand behind
Ingredient, nutrition and allergen details are published only once they have been checked against the product itself.
Sold by the pack, not the guess
Every sweet lists its exact weights and prices, so what arrives is the size you chose.
Built for gifting
Gift boxes and festival hampers assembled from the same catalogue, ready to send as they are.
Festival collections
Sweets grouped by the occasions they belong to, so seasonal ordering does not mean hunting through the whole shop.
Delivery you can check first
